Based on your household plan we schedule trades to come to your home throughout the year. We manage trades on-site while tasks are being completed, seeing every project through to completion. Almost nothing we do is for the first time and we are detail obsessed - so you can breathe easy knowing it will be done right, on-time and on budget.

We believe in being highly detailed and 100% transparent with project costs. You pay an hourly rate for your Concierge’s time and deal with us directly for all task related retainers and billing.
