Close, with more behind it. Some firms call this role a home concierge. Our Home Managers do what a concierge does - triage issues, book visits and follow up - and they also contract and oversee licensed, insured trades directly. One call, one invoice and one company accountable for the work.
There are no monthly fees. Members buy a minimum of 60 hours of Home Manager time at $121 an hour, and unused hours never expire. Trade and maintenance work is billed through Zebrano as it is done.
