Devon Vaillancourt
President & Owner
Devon worked at Zebrano for 5 years before taking on the role of President and purchasing the company. In addition to her leadership role, she remains the go-to Concierge for several clients. Before Zebrano, Devon spent time as an event planner, designer and travel agent. In her spare time Devon loves spending time with her family at their Muskoka cottage.

Carolyn Craig
DIRECTOR OPERATIONS
Prior to joining Zebrano, Carolyn spent 10 years in the hospitality industry with Cadillac Fairview, The Fairmont Hotel and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel. She knows the value of being an excellent and resourceful problem-solver, is very detail oriented and ready to take on any project. Outside of work Carolyn loves to bake and enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and son.

Having travelled the world from top to toe Courtney has a great understanding of culture and a go-get-it attitude. She also brings a background of high end hotel concierge work to the table.
She is an avid snowboarder, soccer player and loves anything that involves a challenge.
